Checks and Balances
This principle make sure that one branch of the government cannot overpower another. The system of checks and balances have restraints and makes sure that each branch is balanced. The system is shown in Articles 1-3 when it says what each branch does and what it could do against the other branches. The Legislation can impeach judges, impeach president, residential veto, and confirms President's choice as judge. The Judicial can declare Legislation's laws as unconstitutional and declare Executive's acts unconstitutional. President appoints judges and can veto Legislation's laws. In this way each government cannot overpower the other.
