Rodger Sherman was born on April 19, 1721 and he died on July 23, 1793. He was the one person to sign the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution, and Continental Association of 1774. He was the age of 66 when he drafted the constitution. He debated with James Madison about representation problem. He voted yes for the ratification of the Constitution. He was always deeply involved in politics and even helped with the Connecticut Comprise. He attended the ratification service. He was also in many commitees such as Commitee of trade, Commitee on Assumption of State Debt, First and Third Commitee of Representation, and the Commitee of Leftovers. He had a hand in ratifying the constitution by saying 138 speeches
